Start with the bun. A fresh, thick roll will hold all of the toppings you pile onto the burger. Be sure to brush some butter on the bun to enhance the flavor, and then throw it on the grill and toast it until you see grill marks.
Then, you’re ready for the patty. Go with 80 percent lean chuck so you will have the most flavorful burger out there. Dampen your hands and then form the patty. It should be 3/4-inch thick and a little bit wider than the bun. Throw it on the grill and avoid the urge to flatten it with the spatula. That doesn’t just flatten the meat. It takes out the juice, too.
Take the burger off the grill and pour your sauce right on the patty. Then, put some tomato with arugula, grilled Vidalia onions, and crumbled blue cheese on the burger.

Grilled Parmesan Garlic Asparagus
Have you ever been to a backyard barbecue and marveled at how well the asparagus turned out? That grill master knew how to grill it to perfection, and now you can too, with the help of this tasty recipe.
Take a pound of fresh asparagus and trim the bottoms. Then, put it in a pan and sprinkle salt and pepper over it. Add in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and toss the asparagus around.
Then, take the asparagus out of the pan and put it on the grill. Line it up in a row and grill it on medium-high heat until you see char marks on it. This takes about 5-10 minutes. Take the asparagus off the grill and put it back in the pan. Then, throw in 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese and two minced garlic cloves. Toss it around the pan and serve it up to your hungry guests.

Grilled Lobster with Lime-Bay Butter
You don’t have to travel to Maine to get the best lobster around. You can have it in your backyard with this Grilled Lobster with Lime-Bay Butter recipe.
Put 3 inches of water in an 8-quart saucepan and bring it to a boil. Throw three fresh lobsters in and cover the pan. Cook them for 10 minutes and take them out of the pan. Let them cool.
While they are cooling off, fire up the grill on medium heat. At the same time, take a 1-quart saucepan and heat up ½ cup of butter, ¼ cup of lime juice, ½ tablespoon of crushed bay leaf, ¼ tablespoon of black pepper, and a ¼ tablespoon of salt. Keep it on the burner for 10 minutes.
As soon as the lobsters are cool to the touch, cut them in half and brush them with the butter mixture that was cooking on the stove. Then, put them on the grill, cut side down. Let them grill for five minutes, and then turn them over. Brush them with the butter mixture again and let them cook for another five minutes.
Then, take them off the grill and serve them. Each person gets a half a lobster, but consider making more for those who have big appetites.
