There are plenty of skiers who counted the old Bonafide 97 as the best all-mountain ride ever, but have revised their opinion after a dozen laps on the new Blizzard Anomaly 94 Skis. With a Trueblend All Mountain core that's tuned to each length and a modified multi-segmented Titanal FluxForm top laminate, the Anomaly 94 retains its rock solid stability at the top end but gains in maneuverability at slower and medium speeds. A bit more tip rocker helps in variable snow as well, making the Anomaly 94 a more than worthy contender.
Rocker Camber Rocker: Ski profile with rocker at the tip and tail, camber in the middle. Reducing the pressure on the edge at the tip and tail makes the ski even easier to handle and increases flotation on powder snow. The camber guarantees great grip on packed snow.
Trueblend All Mountain Woodcore: A carefully layered core of Beech and Poplar woods, with Beech stringers of varying lengths determining the flex in each part of the ski
FluxForm: FluxForm - Two pieces of Titanal run the length of the ski on either side and taper toward the extremities of the ski. Combined with a separate Titanal plate underfoot, this construction allows for precise edge grip and dampening underfoot while allowing the tips and tails to flex freely. FluxForm varies according to model, with the Rustler 9 using more metal than the 10 or 11.
Full Length ABS Sidewalls: Provide direct energy transfer under the bindings and precision during the turn.
Base: Sintered Graphite Base
Binding Compatibility: We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.
Terrain: All-Mountain, Big Mountain
Core/Laminates: Wood, Metal
Skis: No Bindings
Ability Level: Intermediate-Advanced
Rocker Type: Rocker/Camber/Rocker
